Finally, we peel back the plastic!  We’re only a week or so away from having a model home and our first finished units!

We’re close!  The stucco color coat is about to go on.  The flooring is going in today…it’s starting to look more like home and less like a construction zone!

Well, it’s not much to look at right now.  Just wait until we peel back the plastic!  It will be exciting to see the exterior once the stucco guys finish.  This is how we keep the stucco drying at the right temperature in this frigid weather.

We have 3 units left in this building – two Ashland models and one Carlisle.  Amazing that new homeowners are still interested in looking at them when it looks like a giant plastic box!  =)

We can’t wait until we have our model up and running in January.

We now have sheet rock up and are  very close to being completed!  It’s exciting to have people walk through and fall in love with the floor plan.  Our first unit is being reserved right now with another one right behind it!  The first four buyers will be getting a screaming deal.

Here are a few pictures to give you a feel for the status of the project.  Windows went on this weekend so these photos are already old…the exterior will be pretty much finished within the next couple of weeks except for landscaping.
